Shipping and returns+

Singapore, UAE and Thailand: 1–2 working days. International: 7–10 working days. Customs clearance can add time in some countries. Returns: within 14 days of delivery, for unopened bottles in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used fragrance can’t be returned, for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return. Import duties and taxes aren’t refundable.
